About the role The Flagship Store Manager is responsible for driving sales to achieve targets by providing transparent direction and fostering an engaged workforce. On a day‐to‐day basis, you will lead, maintain and actively work to ensure strong relationships in a large team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support. Our Flagship locations are high-volume and high turnover. Bring your previous retail management experience to our large team of staff and volunteers, and help lead the way to success in our local community.
