Senior Structural Engineer (Darwin City)

Design reinforced concrete, steel, timber, pre‑cast concrete, and masonry structures (including buildings, bridges, sewage treatment plants, and schools). Develop small to medium‑scale commercial, residential, and industrial projects, plus civil infrastructure projects. Mentor and inspire junior engineers, nurturing the next generation of technical leaders. Provide technical leadership and client liaison, acting as a trusted advisor while preparing proposals, reports, and cost estimates. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver sustainable, future‑ready solutions. Qualifications

7 years’ experience as a Structural Engineer in the Building Services environment, ideally from a consultancy background. Requirement for Defence clearance, or the ability to obtain clearance which requires Australian Citizenship. Experience with defence projects is highly regarded. Engineering Degree (Structural). Accredited as a structural engineer in the Northern Territory, or be able to obtain accreditation if successful. Demonstrated proactive, client‑centric approach, contributing to business growth through new and existing client opportunities. Robust project management capabilities, confidently serving as the technical lead across diverse projects. Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
