- Ensure cleanliness in all Food & Beverage production areas
- Set up and clear buffets and functions with attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage tasks effectively during peak times

- Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain at onboarding
- Knowledge of HACCP and WH&S; safety standards
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including public holidays and weekends
- Good communication skills and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural workplace
