Key Responsibilities
- Explore customers’ needs through in‑depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partner with different specialists within the branch.
- Keep up with constant change, supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
- Be the face of the branch and customer service, becoming the customer’s go‑to person for anything from processing transactions, handling cash, investigating queries or assisting with paperwork, all while keeping risk considerations at the forefront.

Job Details This is a permanent, part‑time position located in Darwin. The standard roster is 37.5 hours per fortnight: Monday 9am‑4pm, Wednesday 9:15am‑4pm & Friday 9am‑5pm. There may be a requirement to work additional hours to cover planned and unplanned staff leave. Requirements
- Experience in customer service workplace and the ability to achieve targets.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
- Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different.
- Drive for collaboration – mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
- Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential. Benefits
