Property Valuer - RPV/CPV (Darwin)

About the role This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. You will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards. Working with Opteon’s best in market proprietary property software and systems enables valuers to minimise time in the field while maximising reporting data capture. The role is based in Darwin, NT with fully flexible working arrangements. Key responsibilities include operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About you We are seeking a driven professional with high valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a strong client network and are committed to career development, together with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- RPV or CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential space
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
