Cost Controller (Darwin)

This is a 12‑month contract role open to local residential candidates based in Darwin, NT. Responsibilities
- Support all Functional Teams to understand cost drivers, validate forecasts and ensure expenditure is correctly captured and classified against budgets and cost structures
- Prepare monthly cost and forecast reports, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submissions
- Reconcile actual expenditure against budgets to support accurate, auditable reimbursable cost claims to the Client Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Word, Excel (VBA), Power Point, Visio, Outlook and SharePoint
- Preferred knowledge of ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, JD Edwards
- Exceptional communication skills with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Collaborative workstyle and ability to build robust working relationships across all functions
