Asset and Maintenance Planner (Darwin)

Asset and Maintenance Manager – Darwin, NT The Asset and Maintenance Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of project outcomes across the Darwin Correctional Precinct. This will require the preparation, planning, and execution of all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the in office facility team. Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities and asset management
- Working knowledge of asset lifecycles and experience with condition assessments
- Work history on large commercial sites or correctional facilities (Preferred)
- Excellent computer skills
