PART OF THE CFC GROUP OF COMPANIES – Think Protected Act Secure. About the Role CEA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll provide critical administrative support to our Service Department, ensuring all service-related documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Manager and Service Supervisor by handling customer enquiries and asking relevant questions to facilitate timely responses.
- Submit all warranty repair orders within 14 days of job completion.
- Process invoices, including job opening and closure in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create and manage purchase orders, input them into the system, and authorise payments.
- Generate service quotes using the Reynolds and Reynolds system.
- Liaise with sublet contractors to coordinate services and manage documentation.
- Allocate technician hours to appropriate repair orders.
- Process all purchase orders promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Complete and submit weekly timesheets.
- Maintain accurate filing of all paperwork and service documents.
