About the role Campbell Construction Co now has an exciting chance for a self‑motivated part‑time Accounts Officer to join the team at our Head Office in Birtinya . The Accounts Officer is an integral part of the CCC team and plays an important role in developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with our customers and suppliers, whilst providing prompt and professional account services. Responsibilities
- Record and enter subcontractor and supplier invoices accurately and timely
- Review jobs to ensure they are complete and all required documentation is included
- Invoice customers / clients through the job management system (Prime)
- Follow up on outstanding debtors
- Respond to and action accounts queries internally and externally About you
- Demonstrated experience in both accounts payable and receivable (preferably 2 years)
- Experience with Xero (or similar) would be advantageous
- Excellent investigative skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to process high volume of invoices accurately
- Adding and maintaining accurate vendor information
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
