About The Role Working as part of a vibrant and energetic team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information and service, as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties. Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating quotes and taking customer orders (by phone, fax and email),
- Providing support to our counter sales and regional sales teams,
- Following up on customer complaints and product returns,
- Liaising with delivery drivers and warehouse staff to follow up on customer orders. About You This is an extremely busy role and requires someone who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Applicants will also need to have:

- Strong computer and systems experience with rapid and accurate typing speeds.
