What You’ll Be Doing You will work with participants, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment. You will also:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
- Develop tailored plans for participants to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment
- You will empower participantsby positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers
