Group Retail Operations Manager (Darwin)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Retail Group Operations Manager to join one of Australia's most unique and purpose-driven retail organisations based in Darwin. Reporting directly to the GM Retail, this role will oversee a network of Area Managers across NT & QLD with a strong focus on leadership development, operational performance, commercial outcomes and continuous improvement across a large multi‑site retail portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with genuine long‑term growth potential. - Leading and coaching a team of Area Managers
- Supporting operational strategy alongside the GM Retail
- Driving sales, cost control and overall store performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
- Supporting large‑scale retail operations across diverse locations
- Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Developing leadership capability across the retail network
- Supporting budgeting and financial planning processes
