⢠Manage approval workflow tasks and checklist tracking through HubSpot or equivalent systems

⢠Coordinate submissions to engineers, energy assessors, soil testing providers, certifiers, and other consultants while monitoring turnaround times

⢠Assist with completion of approval forms, BASIX requirements, Mine Subsidence applications, and supporting documentation
