As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Mona Vale, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks. **In this role, you will**: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide **About Goodstart Mona Vale**: Beneath native gum trees, our Goodstart Mona Vale centre offers endless opportunities for natural exploration in a safe, yet challenging space. We are on a look out for an Assistant Director to support the Centre Director in developing creative curriculums in line with the Early Years’ Learning Framework, tailored to the children’s individual needs and interests. Situated in the heart of Mona Vale, we actively engage with the local community, enriching the learning experience.
- Lead and guide in a 79-place centre!
- Assist the Centre Director in building the best service on the Northern Beaches in a full-time, permanent position.
- Primarily work on the floor in our Pre-Kindergarten room as a Room Leader.
- Foster a safe and secure environment, encouraging children's interests and imagination.
