Our client is Australia's leading distributor of quality sound and vision equipment, ranging from home cinemas to professional and broadcast requirements for the country's television and recording networks.

A rare opportunity has arisen for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join the team in their Northern Beaches Office. This position will support the maintenance and transaction management of the online sales services ensuring the digital platforms are supported and transactions followed up.

The main objectives of the role are to support the Customer Service and Sales team with the transactional accuracy and reporting for the company’s digital sales platforms. Including ranging, pricing, customer enquiry follow ups and transaction validation of the company’s eBay and marketplace stores.

**Responsibilities**
- Website testing of version and features as they become available
- Preparation of basic reports
- Assist with the implementation of new web features or functionality in partnership with external stakeholders and the team
- Trouble shoot updates to ensure consistency and functional user experience across all devices
- Take ownership of the eBay store component
- Monitor order receipts for messages and discrepancies
- Review abandoned carts and security alerts for fraud
- Maintain all marketplace channels including uploading and removing products, managing orders, resolving errors, and supplying assets.
- Present new marketplace opportunities that are aligned with the brand.

**Skills/Experience**
- Detail oriented
- A deep understanding of digital platforms and the E-Com marketplace
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Superior communication skills
- 2-3 years in a similar or same position
