About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is confident and friendly, with strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping people. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and engaging with patients in a warm and professional manner

Assisting patients in selecting frames and lens options to suit their needs and style

Providing tailored advice on lens features and benefits

Handling sales transactions and appointment bookings

Keeping the space clean, tidy, and welcoming

We’d Love to Hear from You if You:

Have a background in customer service (optical or retail experience is a bonus!)

Are approachable, adaptable, and keen to learn

Can communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people

Take initiative and enjoy being part of a close-knit team

Are reliable and motivated to build a role in the optical industry

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate ($28
- $40/hr depending on experience)
