We now have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and inspiring Marketing and Community Lead to join our team.

Based in Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches, this role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with communities, creating amazing content, and being the face of a brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our community platform
- Organise, promote, and manage virtual events (like webinars) and in-person events (like local meetups)
- Lead and inspire our Facebook community by sharing insights and engaging with members
- Design and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic from our free Facebook group to our Business Academy membership.
- Be the face and the 'hype-woman' of TradieWives, representing us on live videos, Instagram stories, and LinkedIn
- Help with event execution, internal promotions, and repurposing content in fun and exciting ways.
- Work with partners to create content and run joint promotions.
- Track key metrics and provide insights to refine strategies.

**About you**
- Confident, fun, and engaging personality who loves connecting with others.
- A natural ability to light up Instagram Live and Stories, making every interaction relatable and inspiring.
- Passionate about building and leading a community.
- Experience with tools like Zoom, Canva, Klaviyo and the Adobe Suite desirable
- Bonus points if you are a tradie wife yourself (or someone with knowledge of the trades industry)

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
