Full Time, Warriewood Head Office We are seeking an experienced and detail driven Product Developer to support the execution of our womenswear category. This role is focused on the technical development and delivery of product, ensuring each style is executed to the highest standard from initial concept through to production handover. You will work closely with Design, Production and Buying to translate creative direction into well-engineered, commercially viable product. You will play a key role in maintaining quality, fit consistency and margin integrity across all styles. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Sampling
- Manage the end-to-end development process across womenswear categories
- Set up and maintain detailed tech packs (fabrics, trims, construction, grading)
- Ensure all samples are thoroughly checked against specifications
- Take clear and accurate fit notes during fittings
- Work closely with pattern makers to refine fit, balance and construction
- Maintain development timelines and ensure on-time delivery of samples Range Support & Commercial Awareness
- Support Design and Buying teams to ensure product is commercially viable
- Assist with seasonal reporting and product performance insights
- Identify opportunities to improve fit, quality and consistency in core styles Systems & Data Management
- Create and maintain style headers and BOMs in AP21
- Ensure all product data is accurate andup to date
- Maintain care instructions and all technical documentation
- Support margin management through accurate costing inputs Development to Production Handover
- Ensure all styles are fully resolved prior to production
- Finalise measurement specs, grading and BOM details
- Work closely with Production to ensure a smooth handover Sustainability
- Support the integration of sustainable materials and processes
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve environmental impact across development About You You are a highly organised and technically strong product developer with a deep understanding of garment construction and fit. You are detail oriented and solutions focused, bringing a balance of precision and commercial awareness to your work. Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or related field
- Solid knowledge of womenswear garment construction and textiles
- Demonstrated experience managing product development processes
- Experience working with PLM or ERP systems (AP21 or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
