What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be right in the heart of the action, delighting customers, keeping shelves fresh and full, and creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience every single day.
- Delivering warm, helpful, and genuine customer service
- Keeping shelves and displays looking fresh, full, and fabulous
- Making sure all signage and pricing is accurate and up to date
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and vibrant store environment
- Assisting with product sampling to share the love for great food
- Supporting with restocking and back-of-house organisation
- Following health and safety standards that keep our people and customers safe What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who loves people, food, and working in a team with great energy. Ideally, you’ll also bring:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (bonus if it’s with food or flowers!)
- Great communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
