Our client is Australia's leading distributor of quality sound and vision equipment, ranging from home cinemas to professional and broadcast requirements for the country's television and recording networks.

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Brand Administrator to join the team in their Sydney Office based in Warriewood. The main objective of the role is to provide administrative support to assist the group as part of the Brand Management functions. This position reports directly to the General Manager, Professional Products and you will be involved in communication assistance with international manufacturers, product information distribution and marketing activities for brands like Solid State Logic, Dynaudio Pro, Neutrik, Radial, DPA and NTI to name just a few.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the process of purchasing of products and Inventory Planning with Sales Engineers
- Take direction on Managing Price Lists for brands in the company Portal with Sales Engineers
- Helping customers / internal stakeholders with Pricing and Stocking issues in coordination with Sales Engineers
- Organise marketing activities as needed with Sales Engineers, including assisting with the set-up, attendance and pull-down of exhibitions, trade shows and training events when and as required
- Reporting market information and feeding information to Sales Engineers
- Available to attend national exhibitions if required

**Desired experience**
- High level of administrative and time management skills
- General problem-solving and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Computer and administration literate (intermediate Microsoft Office skills)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Able to self-manage as well as work within a team environment, must be a self-starter
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
