**Description**: About the role This opportunity has opened up thanks to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing and advancing our people As a Marketing Assistant, you will execute marketing activities to drive the long-term success of our Nature's Way team. Some of the responsibilities will include:

- Analytics and reporting, competitor, product and retailer analysis
- Market research of consumer and global health trends, gather and analyse data to assist in the development of marketing strategies and activity
- Content creation of marketing materials for use in presentations, digital and social media etc
- Campaign support, assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support brand media, product development and marketing activity
- Budget management, monthly A&P; tracking and reconciliation
- Analysis tracking of weekly scan sales
- General marketing and administration tasks
- Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

Full-time on-site role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches. **Skills and Experiences**: About you
- Previous experience in a marketing role is not essential but would be highly regarded
- Ability to work in a quick paced environment
- Sound PC skills and intermediate skills in MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook)
- Understanding of the social media space and its importance
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility, ability to prioritise and multi task
- Superior customer service skills
- Be a team player
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
