Are you a qualified, energetic Workplace Trainer with a passion for elevating the standards of care? About the Role: As a Workplace Trainer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our staff are well-prepared, skilled, and motivated. Your expertise will help frontline staff achieve positive learning outcomes, directly enhancing the quality of care.
Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Inductions: Conduct thorough and engaging orientations for new employees.
Mandatory Competency Management: Keep staff up-to-date with essential training to meet industry standards.
Accurate Training Records: Maintain complete and precise documentation for all training activities.
Promote a Safety Culture: Actively support a safe workplace through participation in safety activities and WHS compliance.
About You: Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
Certificate III in Aged Care Work (or equivalent)
Proven experience in aged care
Excellent communication skills
Experience with RTO assessment validation (highly desirable)
