**Role**: Educator (Certificate 3 or Diploma) **Location**: MONA VALE, 2103, NSW **Centre**: Goodstart Mona Vale **Employment Type**: Full time 38 hours, Permanent **Pay**: From $29 per hour

As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

One of the first things you will notice about Goodstart Early Leaning Mona Vale is our beautiful outdoor environment. We have endless opportunities for natural exploration in a safe, but challenging space where children are encouraged to discover, investigate and connect with nature. We encourage loud, messy play in our outdoor space, with logs, tyres, river rocks and water play, stimulating sensory learning as well as a respect and value on nature’s resources.

**You’ll need**: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current NSW Working with Children Check How to apply
