We are seeking an Optical Assistant in a permanent part/time or full time role to join our agile team.

Our Optical Assistants play a vital role in our stores and will be responsible for the following duties:

Provide high level customer service on the retail floor and assist with selecting frames and provide in depth product information

Managing our busy diary of customer appointments

Adjusting and fitting customers frames and ensuring our product excedes their expectations

Ensure merchandising standards are met including general cleanliness of the store

Previous experience in a customer service/retail role or similar

Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail

The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $24.00
- $35.00 per hour
