Part -Time Maintenance Person – Pittwater RSL

Permanent Position |8 -28 Hours per Week(As required) Pittwater RSL is currently seeking areliable and experienced Maintenance Personto join our team in a part-time permanent role. This position offers flexibility and wouldideally suit a mature individual or retireelooking to stay active in a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys being part of a friendly team. Please note this is not a contractor position- we're hiring an in-house team member. About the Role:
- Employment Type:Part-time, permanent
- Hours:8-28 hours per week
- Days:THURS-MON (TUES & WED OFF)
- Location:Pittwater RSL, Northern Beaches
- Remuneration: $30-$36 per hour depending on experience
- Reporting: Directly to the Clubs Maintenance Co-Ordinator & Leadership Team Key Responsibilities:
- General hand role
- General maintenance and repairs throughout the club

- Ground / garden care & cleaning as required
- Club events set up & Pack down
- Basic carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical workas required
- Responding to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
- Ensuring the venue is safe, presentable, and well-maintained
- Coordinating with external trades where necessary Ideal Candidate:
- Practical, hands-on experience in a maintenance role
- Honest, dependable, and proactive
- Works well independently and takes initiative
- Adaptable with hours and available for weekend work
- Has a mature and responsible attitude
