This is an prospect for you to join a large social purpose organisation where your skills and compassion will be valued and enable you to make a meaningful difference to people's lives.** About the role: The Facility Manager is a key leadership position responsible for all aspects of operational, clinical and team performance at our 162-bed facility at Peter Cosgrove House, Narrabeen, NSW. More specifically, responsibilities include:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Managing compliance, accreditation, and resident safety
- Driving financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards
- Building a positive, engaged culture across the home
- Fostering continuous improvement and service excellence About you:
- A minimum of 3 years' Facility Management experience within the aged care sector.
- Strong clinical leadership experience, along with a high level of business acumen.
- A solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
- A genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development Benefits of working for RSL LifeCare:
