E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant (Part-Time) (Warriewood)

We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant to join our warehouse team in a permanent part-time capacity with the possibility of full time in the future. Working closely with our Ecommerce & Customer Care team, this role plays an important part in ensuring online orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately while maintaining the high standards bassike customers expect. Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing online orders accurately and efficiently
- Daily ecommerce fulfilment and dispatch preparation
- Processing online and marketplace returns
- Returned stock handling and inventory movements
- Supporting customer order amendments and fulfilment administration
- Maintaining a clean and organised fulfilment area
- Supporting warehouse operations during busy periods
- Assisting with sustainability initiatives and waste reduction practices
- Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies This is a hands-on warehouse-based role, suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and presentation. About You
- Previous experience in warehouse, ecommerce or fulfilment operations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
