Part Time Store Supervisor - Warriewood

**_ 28.5 hours per week. Tuesday: 8:45am-5:45pm | Thursday: 8:45am-2:45pm | Friday: 8:45am-5:45pm | Saturday: 8:45am-4:15pm_**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Step into your first retail management role with hands-on support and development
- Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Becoming **BRA-FIT certified** to provide expert fitting guidance
- Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
- Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
- Implementing **Bendon's Visual Merchandising** standards.
- Analyzing **sales data, reporting, and rosters** to optimize store performance
- Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
