Your key responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and engaging with patients in a warm and professional manner
- Assisting patients in selecting frames and lens options to suit their needs and style
- Providing tailored advice on lens features and benefits
- Handling sales transactions and appointment bookings
- Keeping the space clean, tidy, and welcoming

- Have a background in customer service (optical or retail experience is a bonus!)
- Are approachable, adaptable, and keen to learn
- Can communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people
