**YOU!**

As the face and first point of contact, we are looking for someone warm, enthusiastic, and above all, service oriented who enjoys connecting with people to create a great first impression. Experience in a Club front desk role is an added bonus.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greeting and farewelling members and guests as they arrive and leave
- setting the tone for their experience
- Signing in members and guests as per the Club NSW regulations
- Assisting members and guests with general enquiries, either over the phone or face to face
- Managing cafe bookings
- Fielding calls for other areas within the organisation
- Administration duties including Newsletters, Website updates, receipting payments via MYOB
- All other enquires, admin tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the administration office

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- 32 hours per week Wednesday
- Saturday
- A people person with exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential, ensuring every guest feels valued and understood.
- A genuine desire to assist others and create a positive guest experience,
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
