We are looking for an Administration Officer to work at our 161 -bed Aged Care Facility in Narrabeen

Peter Cosgrove House. This role is to provide effective and accurate administration support to the Facility Manager and the broader team.

What we are looking for:

Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation

Highly organised and able to manage time effectively

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Team player but also able to work independently

Resilience and ability to manage complaints and problem solve

Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems

Attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal skills

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare. _
