Tuesday: 8:45am-5:45pm | Thursday: 8:45am-2:45pm | Friday: 8:45am-5:45pm | Saturday: 8:45am-4:15pm What You'll Be Doing:
- Step into your first retail management role with hands-on support and development.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance.
- Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life.
- Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs.
- Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards.
- Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance.
