About the Role As the Sales Support Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team in the Mobile Storage division —ensuring they’re equipped to focus on building robust customer relationships and delivering revenue-generating outcomes. Your commitment to service excellence will help improve our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and drive customer satisfaction across the board. Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier admin support to the sales team to enable focus on revenue-generating activity.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers in line with pricing guidelines.
- Follow up and convert quotes, and action leads in line with company procedures.
- Generate revenue through effective outbound calls and proactive sales support.
- Collaborate on tenders, presentations, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with CRM processes and company standards.
- Liaise with departments including fleet, legal, and marketing for contract and tender documentation.
- Champion safety practices and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.
- Perform other duties as required to support team goals. What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, internal sales, or customer service.
- Experience in the equipment rental industry (highly regarded but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- A customer-first mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
