We are now seeking a Distribution Manager ANZ to play a pivotal role in strengthening and transforming our dealer network across Australia and New Zealand. This is a senior, highly visible role with significant. Your impact Reporting to the Senior Director of Distribution Management APA, you will drive the development of a high performing, future-ready, quality distribution network across all AGCO brands. You will work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance and Legal teams, etc. to drive network coverage, dealer performance, profitability and long-term business -success. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence market presence and growth, shape network transformation plans and deliver measurable business outcomes across the region. What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading and executing dealer network transformation and consolidation initiatives and projects
- Driving market coverage, dealer performance and market share growth
- Conducting dealer performance reviews and managing improvement or exit strategies where required
- Sourcing new potential dealers to close network gaps
- Facilitating and encouraging dealer merger and acquisition initiatives to achieve consolidation outcomes
- Managing dealer standards and Dealer Excellence programmes in collaboration with Brands and functional teams
- Managing dealer contracts, onboarding and offboarding for all new and existing dealers
- Executing and driving brand exclusivity strategy
- Assessing dealer capability and skills and implementing training programmes through AGCO Academy
- Using KPIs, data and financial insights to improve dealer profitability and network efficiency
- Building solid, trusted relationships with dealer principals through meaningful engagement with the objective to grow our mutual business and improve customer experience
- Leading and developing your team with a strong focus on performance, capability and succession What success looks like
- A stronger, more capable, sustainable and profitable dealer network
- Improved network coverage and brand focus across ANZ
- High dealer engagement and consistent execution of AGCO standards
- Measurable improvements in dealer performance, skills and market outcomes What you’ll bring
- Degree qualification in Agriculture, Business, Engineering or a related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in dealer management, distribution, sales or network leadership
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess business viability
- Experience working with multi-outlet dealers, distributors or OEM environments (agriculture, construction, automotive or similar)
- Sound understanding of commercial and contractual frameworks in a distribution environment
- Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to lead change and influence diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building- skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the ANZ region (50–75%) Why join AGCO?
