Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist, primarily based in Sunshine Coast, QLD, with some flexibility for remote work. The Occupational Therapist will deliver high-quality, person-centered services to clients of all ages with varying disability, medical, and psychosocial needs. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and delivering therapy plans, implementing rehabilitation strategies, and providing recommendations for assistive technology and home modifications. Collaborating with clients, families, and support networks will be central to achieving positive client outcomes. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
- Knowledge of and experience in Pediatrics and working with diverse age groups
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to person-centered care and empowering individuals with disabilities
- Proficiency in navigating the NDIS framework is an advantage
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle for community-based visits
