These values guide us in all aspects of our operations and interactions, shaping our corporate culture and driving our success. **About the role**: **Key Duties and Responsibilities**: Providing services in the client’s house such as assistance with showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation and assistance with general household tasks. Assisting and encouraging independence with clients by taking them out into the community to complete tasks such as shopping or to attend appointments. Liaising with the care team regarding any concerns or feedback the client may have with Baptcare’s service to ensure we are meeting the needs of every client. Maintaining strict privacy and dignity with all information relating to Client care and promotes same with any other members of the team or contractors on site. **About you**: Completed Certificate III in aged care or disability support or above. Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous. Current Australian Drivers license and access to a registered and vehicle with insurance.
