Requirements:

Fluent in Vietnamese (essential)

Previous experience in disability support or related field (preferred, but not essential)

Compassionate and empathetic nature

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
