The Opportunity

As a trusted People Business Partner, you'll provide commercially focused HR support across a diverse workforce while partnering with leaders to drive engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness. Working within a collaborative alliance environment, you'll play a key role in delivering people initiatives, supporting workforce planning activities, managing employee relations matters and helping leaders navigate change. What You'll Be Doing

- Partnering with leaders to deliver people and workforce initiatives
- Providing expert HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
- Coaching and supporting leaders on performance, capability and employee matters
- Managing employee relations issues including investigations, grievances and workplace concerns
- Supporting organisational change and transformation activities
- Contributing to workforce planning and talent initiatives
- Using people insights and data to support business decisions
- Building strong relationships across project teams and stakeholders About You


- Experience in a HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisor capacity
- Strong employee relations and case management experience
- Demonstrated success partnering with operational leaders
- Experience supporting change, transformation or project environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline Highly Regarded
- Infrastructure, construction, transport, engineering or industrial sector experience
- Exposure to unionised, operational or safety-critical workforces
- Experience working within project-based or matrix organisations Why Join?
