We are looking for a Principal Civil Engineer (Roads & Highways) to lead multidisciplinary project teams and deliver major infrastructure projects within the transport industry across Queensland. Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil and transport infrastructure design projects with a focus on roads and highways.
- Drive business development across QLD through relationship building and repeat work.
- Deliver technical excellence while ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
- Mentor and grow a talented local engineering team.
- Contribute to strategic planning and capability expansion in the region. About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in roads & highways design and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of the Queensland market and relevant design standards.
- Excellent project management and client engagement skills.
- Commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Occasional travel (domestic/international) as needed.
