Recruitment Coordinator (Sunshine)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team based from our Sunshine Coast head office. Who Are We? About the Role You’ll be joining a supportive and established HR team, working closely with the Recruitment leader and National HR & Organisational Development Manager to assist with end-to-end recruitment across our business. Coordinate and support all aspects of the recruitment process screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding- 360 recruitment approach. Assist with issuing contracts, gathering documentation, and ensuring compliance. Help maintain accurate and confidential HR records. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments. Attend and coordinate exciting events across the community- career expo’s, school mock interviews, networking events and more.
