We are looking for a motivated and mechanically minded individual to join our Warana Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. This hands‑on trade career will train you for a nationally recognised Certificate III in Automotive Glazing and provide full on‑the‑job training with a highly supportive team and management. Responsibilities
- Undertake the O’Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program.
- Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards.
- Perform ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations.
- Carry out glass chip repairs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a skilled and timely manner.
- Represent the O’Brien® brand with pride and reliability. Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded).
- Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded).
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools.
- Strong work ethic and desire for a long‑term career.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure.
