**About the Role**
- Ensure delivery of on-the-job and off-the-job training in slaughtering/boning processes.
- Develop assessment guides and training modules.
- Arrange refresher and re-training to maintain compliance.
- Analyse feedback from participants and trainers to improve training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure all mandatory requirements are met.
- Support and ensure mentoring of employees.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to identify and deliver training priorities.
- Promote company training policies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in food production or processing operations (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar (desirable).
- Previous experience delivering training in a production environment is highly regarded.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and effective training techniques for mature learners.
- Ability to analyse and improve training effectiveness.
- Strong organisational, communication, and people skills.
