**About the Role**
- Schedule, coordinate, and communicate training sessions.
- Provide support to employees and trainers throughout the training cycle.
- Collect and feedback from participants and trainers.
- Prepare training outcome reports for management.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of L&D; policies and initiatives.
- Maintain training materials, work instructions, and licences.
- Administer and update the LMS system.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Knowledge of meat industry operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
- Background in supporting training delivery in an industrial or production setting (desriable).
