About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to contribute to the ongoing development of new youth mental health services in Devonport, Tasmania, working alongside innovative team leaders and consultant psychiatrists. - Demonstrate clinical leadership experience within a designated program area, region, or statewide stream.
- Possess expertise in complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies, including the development and implementation of specialised treatment programs.
- Thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment, providing support and consultation to other team members as required.
- Act as a role model, delivering comprehensive, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-informed biopsychosocial mental health assessments and therapies.
- Contribute to the implementation of the associated model of care, operational service model, and clinical governance requirements. Benefits:

- $123,717 to $138,296 per annum plus 11.5% super
- Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in social work or a related allied health discipline.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in the mental health or related sector, with a focus on working with young people and their families/carers.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, including the opportunity to participate in leadership training provided by the Tasmanian Health Service in partnership with the University of Tasmania. About Us:
