Service Technician (Devonport)

Motors Hyundai Devonport is seeking a qualified and motivated Service Technician to join our workshop team in a hands-on, fast-paced dealership environment. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring vehicles are maintained to manufacturer standards. What you will be doing:
- Complete scheduled servicing, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics
- Carry out vehicle inspections, warranty work, and manufacturer repairs
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
- Accurately record work completed and parts used
- Work closely with service and parts teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Support apprentices and junior team members where required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment What you need:
- Trade qualified Automotive Technician (Cert III Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
- Previous dealership experience highly regarded
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
- High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Team-focused attitude with strong work ethic
