THE ROLE The major accountabilities of the role are the efficiency of the cleaning tasks and quality of relationship the incumbent has with residents, which in turn impacts the overall service standard and atmosphere of the facility.
- Making residents beds
- Cleaning resident’s rooms including ensuite, communal and administration areas of the facility
- Removal and appropriate disposal of waste: including recycling where appropriate and placing of bins for collection ABOUT YOU If you have experience carrying out a range of domestic tasks to maintain hygiene standards in a home-like environment, then this is the role for you!
- Assisting with laundering resident’s clothes and other items as required
- Other tasks and errands required to maintain a pleasant, caring, and protected environment for the residents
