Eden Academy Port Noarlunga is seeking an experienced and motivated Educational Leader to join our team in a full-time role working 5 days per week. About You

An experienced Educational Leader or Lead Educator ready to step into a leadership role

Passionate about early childhood education and mentoring educators

Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards

Confident supporting programming, documentation and continuous improvement

Dedicated to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments

Builds strong relationships with children, families and the wider community

Professional, positive and team‑focused approach

What You’ll Bring

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑approved equivalent

Current Working with Children Check

Australian Working Rights

Two professional references, including one from a manager/supervisor in an education setting
