About the Role

Schedule, coordinate, and communicate training sessions.

Provide support to employees and trainers throughout the training cycle.

Collect and feedback from participants and trainers.

Prepare training outcome reports for management.

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of L&D; policies and initiatives.

Maintain training materials, work instructions, and licences.

Administer and update the LMS system.

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge of meat industry operations.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Robust organisational and communication skills.

Ability to prepare transparent and accurate reports.

Background in supporting training delivery in an industrial or production setting (desriable).
