The Chance
We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Glenorchy team. In this frontline role, you’ll be the face of MyState, welcoming customers, processing transactions, and helping people take the next step in their financial journey.
You’ll also play a key role in identifying customer needs and connecting them with the right people and solutions to help them achieve their goals, plans, and dreams.
What You’ll Be Doing Delivering exceptional service to current and existing customers across a range of banking transactions and enquiries. Identifying customer needs and referring them to the right specialist for further support. Meeting individual and team KPIs while contributing to a positive branch culture. Promoting MyState’s products and services with confidence and care. Supporting the branch team in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and effective environment.
What You’ll Bring A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Robust communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Self‑motivation and the ability to work towards targets and goals. Previous experience in banking or financial services is a bonus—but not essential. A genuine interest in helping people achieve their financial goals.
