Subcontractors – to be discussed directly with shortlisted respondents. Water Meter Technicians – $28 to $36 / hour full time + super. Plumbing Labourers – $27 to $33 / hour full time + super. Vehicle allocations based on business requirements. The Opportunity We are seeking Qualified Plumbers, Plumbing subcontractors and Water Meter Technicians/Labourers to support the delivery of water metering projects across Tasmania. These roles are critical to the installation and replacement of water meters and associated fittings, as well as supporting the rollout of digital metering devices. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate data collection, high-quality workmanship and positive customer outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
